The Crni vrh massacre was a war crime committed by the Croatian Defence Council (HVO) against Bosniak civilians on the Crni vrh mountain in Prozor during the Croat-Bosniak War. HVO used bosniak civilians as human shield against ARBiH. In this massacre 23 Bosniaks were killed.
